Virtual Realty Services’ property listing night-light is an essential tool for any real estate agent, expanding the general sales day by up to 5 hours!  A light is attached to the top of the listing sign and is equipped with an optical ‘eye’ to detect when the sun is setting, so when dusk sets in, the lights turn on!  It’s the perfect way to catch everyone’s interest and captivate the attention of potential buyers!

When you lease a light from us, we’ll take care of installing it, as well as ensuring its proper maintenance.  Not only that, but when you sell that listing, we’ll relocate the light to the next listing of your choice to continue our tradition of high-quality service!

Virtual Realty Services requires a $40 deposit when you rent from us, which is completely refundable at the expiration of the lease; and a $14.95 monthly subscription fee, which includes all of our services mentioned above.
